One of the latest works of French designer Matali Crasset is this contemporary sofa for Italian furniture company, Campeggi. The sofa is perfect for those who has a dynamic lifestyle because it serves several purposes at once without occupying a lot of space. There aren’t any hi-tech mechanisms in it but thanks to seven sections it can be easily transformed into two armchairs, a full-out lounger and several other seating solutions. The sofa is designed to provide not passive but active comfort.

There is also one more interesting work that the designer has finished recently. A versatile chair combined with a working desk is perfect for small urban living spaces.

Surrealistic Furniture With Experimental Forms

First works of designer Frederick Farg are marked by the experiments with fabric and upholstery. Now he presented a collection of furniture called Succession. These are chairs and shelves that are made with some fabric that is spread rather chaotically. I think the furniture looks a little bit surrealistic. The collection is available in several sizes but only in dark colors. Modern storage solutions are functional and look really unusual. The low chairs look like some unreal animals from some other planet. They are not easy to combine with but if you find a match – you won’t regret.

This beautiful and stylish apartment is located in Gothenburg. I don't know who the author is, but I definitely like the storage solution in the dining zone. It looks like a white chess board and is very convenient to store some things. It's not only a piece of furniture but also a part of the décor; the shelves take not so much place but you can put thousands of things. Big windows, white color and many green plants make the place lively and relaxing. Whoever the designer or architect is, he or she made a great work! Such a place could be a source of inspiration for you if you want to create an airy and lively place.
