| Multi-Purpose Curved Magazine Holder Posted: 09 Feb 2011 12:57 PM PST Here is one more modern furniture object that features a lot of curves and quite minimalist look. This magazine holder is made of cardboard, aluminum and wood by by Peru-based design firm Oneto/Sousa Arquitectura Interior. It can act as a magazine stand as a small coffee or side table. It’s even hard enough to be used as a bench. The magazine holder consists of 46 cardboard pieces, with a same form piece made of wood on each front. The design has a start and an end which both are covered with aluminum pieces that hold things together.

| Stylish Curved Minimalist Desk Posted: 09 Feb 2011 09:05 AM PST The Continue Desk designed by Ontario College of Art & Design student Francesco Angiulli was recently exhibited during the Interior Design Show 2011 in Toronto. It only proved our thoughts that curved minimalist furniture is one of rising trends of this year. The desk is a living prove that the minimalism people once imaged as our future is already here. The good thing is that the designer has made this furniture object also quite warm and sensual. Its rounded edges give the desk a unique and pleasant look so most of us can probably forget that it doesn’t have any drawers.

| A Beautiful Glazed House With Wonderful Views Posted: 09 Feb 2011 05:20 AM PST This beautiful house is located in LA, California, it's called Casa Skyline. This project of Belzberg Architects is based on the principle of creation of the buildings that do no harm to the nature, taking into consideration the expenses and adaptations to the site where it is located. Because of applying strategies of limitations of the materials used the architects tried to use the materials which are located near the site, the wooden screens were used for isolation and creating of the visually unique textures. The building is oriented and planned so that each room has at least one wall made of glass to enjoy the marvelous landscapes.
