The collection is designed in classical style but with cool curved decorations that make it quite unique. Washington neighborhood of Los Angeles is designed by Space International architecture studio. It’s located on the hillside site that allows to make the most from its compact size with creative terracing and mixing indoors and outdoors. A small lap pool located on the downslope end of the lot doubles as a retaining wall and allows the house to maximize connections to adjacent outdoor spaces at the ground level. Upstairs the sleeping and bathing aeas are strategically positioned to maximize both privacy and canyon views.
