Surrealistic Wallpapers That Add Some Fun To Any Room

Posted: 14 Feb 2011 10:25 AM PST

These fantastic surrealistic wallpapers are designed by German company Surrealien. They can easily help you to create plenty of optic illusions in any of your room. You can warp the patter of the wallpaper over existing objects on the wall. Thanks to that windows, switches, sockets, pictures, doors and all other stuff on your walls can become part of continuous patterns. In order to create these unusual patterns you only need to provide a detailed plan of your home to the company. Although you also need a real desire to have rooms where walls move and swim before your eyes. You won’t even need LSD then.

A Villa Far From Noise And Fuss

Posted: 14 Feb 2011 05:57 AM PST

This house by MCK Architects is located in Sydney, Australia, far from fuss and noise.
The main feature of this architectural decision is abundance of the broken lines which create unusual spatial geometry. Sometimes it seems that parallel and perpendicular planes. The décor is rather simple and laconic is inside, the villa reminds a loft. Bright textures, objects and furniture make the accents. White walls and bright furniture is the best combination. There is a room for yoga and eastern practices in the house. The bathroom is made in white. There is even a small terrace near the house to relax and chat with friends.
