We already showed you several seating and storage solutions so it’s time to go further. Granny is a pendant lamp pendant lamp with a knitted woollen thread shade. It’s designed by Pudelskern for Casamania and the pure natural wool from sheep bred it’s made of is flame resistant and resistant to moth and mite infestation. As the other knitted furniture the lamp is very helpful when you want your interior to be cozy and there is the harsh winter out there. Granny is a reminiscence of childhood. It reminds about a long tradition of gatherings in living rooms around the fireplace, where grannies used to knit while telling stories.

Transparent Commode That Looks Like Futuristic Renovation Of The Louis XV-style French Commode Posted: 18 Dec 2010 10:48 AM PST Famous architect, Philippe Starck, couldn’t find a good commode and a good night table for himself for many years. That’s why he has designed the Ghost Buster line for Kartell. To be more accurate he has reinvented the classic Louis XV-style French commode. The side cabinet evokes the lines of classic furniture but with a contemporary accent in its transparency plastic. Corners and curves, straight lines and sinuous lines play over its surfaces and spark an intriguing game of eye-catching perspectives and reflections. The Ghost Buster communicates both a retro and a futurist mood. It is a monobloc made from a single mould with three shelves and stands on four L-section legs. The night table version of the Ghost Buster commode is a completely transparent small square cube on four legs. The commode is available in seven colors and two different sizes.
