Black Bathroom Design Idea That Isn’t Dark and Creepy Posted: 21 Sep 2010 01:48 PM PDT Black is very bold color to use in bathroom. If you will make bathroom walls completely black you can get a quite moody place which looks modern but isn’t practical at all. Combination of black and white in bathroom design is much better because it also make the room stylish but in the same time more cozy. Here is another idea of how to design your bathroom with black and dark gray tiles without making it dark and creepy. This bathroom is 8.3 m² and have an access to a small terrace that lets natural light in. It also visually expands the room. In case you like dark ceramic tiles this idea might be really useful to you.

Simple Yet Very Unusual Fade-Out Chair by Nendo Posted: 21 Sep 2010 12:59 PM PDT Fade-out chair designed by Japanese designer Nendo is a really cool additional to any modern interior. It’s really simple shape. The back is made of wood while the legs are done in acryl. Thanks to that it combines modern and traditional design styles in the one furniture piece. Its legs seem to gently disappear as though it stand in a pool of mist or fog. The legs are specially painted by craftsmen so that the wood grain appears to gradually fade away. Such chair could change every living space it would be put in.

Spanish Dream Loft Interior Design That Combines Modernism with History Posted: 21 Sep 2010 06:09 AM PDT This Madrid’s loft belongs to a fashion designer David Delfin and his boyfriend, photographer Gorka Postigo. Both owners work in the style industry so the loft’s interior features very creative decor. Of course it’s modern thanks to white backgrounds, simple furniture and an openness. Even a lot of art pieces that could be found anywhere don’t spoil its uncluttered look. The 1940's – 1960's furniture items adds a touch of history to all that modernism. Carefully chosen photographs also make their contribution to the bohemian look and feel of this dream loft.
