Becker consists of several 3-dimensional, self-supporting, stable objects that can decorate any part of your living space. Their clean, but at the same time flowing design is effected through the use of a special glossy electroluminescent glow sheet. The lamps are very light, thin and flexible, almost like paper. They provide indirect lighting so they are perfect to use as mood lights. The contrast between back and front side, between luminous and non-luminous surface creates a striking black-and-white effect. Besides these lamps are very energy-efficient because the material they are made of so far only been used in aviation and outdoor advertising.

Its interior corresponds to two requests: to be maximally light and include the architectural office area. The house needed thorough repairs and it was seriously modified during them. The basement was deepen and an extra bottom level for the office has appeared. The floor of the terrace on the first floor had become transparent, because thick glass had been used. This floor is also the basement ceiling so the office is always filled with natural light during the day. The private areas of the apartment are on the second floor so the professional and private lives are separated. The whole interior reflects the author’s world-view; the house is light, clear and almost ephemeral.
