20 Cool And Colorful Thanksgiving Wreaths Ideas

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 04:18 PM PST

A tradition to decorate the house with wreaths made of dry flowers and fruit is a very ancient one. Such a tradition existed back in the ancient Rome. It was kept through centuries and now we use wreaths for decoration of our homes on Thanksgiving and Christmas. So, how can we decorate our home with a wreath and keep being original? Remember of all the vegetables, leaves and fruit that the first colonists could pick – pears, grapes, pumpkins, peppers, any berries. You may use dry flowers or even ribbons. To create a chandelier with a wreath is a great idea – add candles, colorful berries – and your chandelier will be the most original! If you don't want a big one – make just smaller variants and hang them in the house or use to decorate candle holders. Being original and stylish is up to you, bring colors to your Thanksgiving dinner!

Stylish And Colorful Walk In Closet Design Inspiration

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 11:21 AM PST

This girl is to be envied for sure! Have a look at the walk-in-closet in that she turned the master bedroom that belongs to her and her husband. The closet is bright, full of colors – blue, chocolate brown, yellow and white with black. A small sofa is put for her husband, I think – to wait till she chooses a right outfit for any occasion. The space is stylish and breathes with the art of fashion. Here she even stores her jewelry - in chef’s pinch dishes, it's a very unusual way that shows the creativity and imagination of the owner. The style is completed by the books by Chanel, vogue and so on. The only thing it lacks is a vanity perhaps, but anyway the space is cool and colorful, it's a great place to get dressed.

House In Scandinavian Minimalism With Vintage

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 06:11 AM PST

This house in Denmark is a nice example of a truly Scandinavian minimalist house with vintage touches and it's very cozy. White walls, natural wood light floors and simple furniture between rustic and vintage, while outside it's black. The space is opened as much as it can be, the windows are big to catch the light. Cozy striped rugs, vintage washed-out furniture and a fireplace looking like an old one – these are the secrets of this interior. The Christmas decorations add holiday atmosphere and coziness. Baskets, fir tree, garlands and Santa Claus make the house so sweet that anyone who stays here wouldn't like to go out.
