| Stylish Fire Iron Bowl For Outside Posted: 07 Nov 2011 04:10 PM PST What can be better than sitting outside having a meal and enjoying the view of burning fire? Design Within Reach presents a cast iron fire bowl which spans just under two feet in diameter and stands a mere 7.5 inches tall. The bowl was designed in 1995 to collect ash in its lower bowl and elevate its flames to better dissipate heat, hence its conical shape. And now it was remade by Polish designer Søren Slebo who was inspired by the fires which help the captains to identify the shoreline. The bowl is available for $465 from Design Within Reach and stainless steel grate sold separately for $110. Enjoy the fire sitting in the company of your friends and relatives. ![]() ![]() Similar Posts: Continue reading about Stylish Fire Iron Bowl For Outside... |
| Functional Two-Leveled Loft With Art Details Posted: 07 Nov 2011 12:20 PM PST This two-leveled loft by designers Fernando Tapia and Monica Andina is located in Madrid, Spain. It has a typical Spanish national coloring – it's full of art. The loft is very functional, it's divided into two parts: in the first there is a living room, a kitchen and a dining room, in the second level there is a bedroom. Concrete and metal constructions are covered with tender interior colors and vintage furniture. There are portraits, pictures and even decorations on the walls – ants like on the pictures of Salvador Dali. The minimalist colors – white and light grey – are softened by the accessories and comprise a nice frame for the art objects. ![]() ![]() Similar Posts: Continue reading about Functional Two-Leveled Loft With Art Details... |
