Modern House With A Private Zone Under The Roof

This is a complete renovation of Xaio-Yen House in San-Francisco. The design is absolutely modern, the architects decided to make the plan of the house more open. The natural light was maximized due to giant windows. I like the study where there is a traditional table and cabinet and an absolutely futuristic chair of white and red plastic. This combination looks really cool! The furniture used is mostly modern; the color scheme is calm – beige, white, natural wood. I love the space right under the roof – it's a private zone with a hot whirlpool. It's a fantastic place to relax after a hard day and the owners are hidden from the neighbors. Studio Craig Steely Architecture made their best to make the house modern and functional.
