Stylish Shelf Of Wood And Acryl

Posted: 05 May 2011 12:31 PM PDT

Isn't that art? This shelf from Francesca Lanzavecchia and Hunn Wai is called Holz & Plastic. This shelf shows how wood is fused with acryl. The beams of natural light wood slowly flow through the sheets of acryl. The designers managed to create such a simple thing but an object of art. They showed the process of making the shelf and it became a decoration. The thick layers of smoked acryl will hold anything you put on them. The shelf looks minimalist and stylish, it will match any modern interior thanks to its simplicity and neutral colors.

Mobile Bathtub-Like Planter To Organize A Mobile Garden

Posted: 05 May 2011 09:09 AM PDT

Eserro is a Canadian company that create cool products for gardering. One of their products is a mobile garden suitable to use as indoors as outdoors. The garden actually is a planter molded in polyethylene shaped like a small bathtub. The planter is ideal for small homes where the same space must serve numerous purposes thus requiring frequent rearrangement. It’s also perfect to move indoors over the winter months. Elevated construction of the planter allows for maximum airflow underneath the planter thus eliminating moisture problems, such as mould and mildew, that would otherwise result.

Minimalist House With A Bunny Guardian

Posted: 05 May 2011 05:31 AM PDT

Easter has gone but this house will remind us of that as it's guarded by an Easter Bunny. It's called Amileka and located in the Northern New South Wales, Australia, the author is architect Sharon Fraser. The house is perfectly minimalist, even its form is made of simple white rectangles. The characteristic features of the interior are strict forms, neutral colors, bright accents and simplicity. White is the main color in the house. I love the outside! There is a swimming pool with glass rails and a fireplace. The fireplace is absolutely fantastic! It looks like a big dish with fire, it's the best place to gather with friends and relax looking at the fire.
